MIL slide classifier: bag of pathology-FM tile embeddings -> slide grade/label + attention heatmap (gated-attention MIL).
Mitotic-figure detector: HPF tiles -> mitosis boxes -> mitotic count.

Method data: MITOS_WSI_CCMCT (32 canine mast-cell-tumor WSIs, 44,880 mitotic figures) develops the pipeline; HSA-specific whole-slide images are the data gap (see the corpus image catalog). Code: https://github.com/golden-retrievers/gr-histopathology
