Update `README.md` with Text Embeddings Inference support

This PR adds an entry in the README.md for Text Embeddings Inference (TEI) @ https://github.com/huggingface/text-embeddings-inference, redirecting to the merged adapter model cards which are the ones that are natively supported on TEI as of today, similarly as done with vLLM and GGUF by the original authors of the README.md.
