i think the problem here is you told it to be uncensored and unrestricted. the core model wasn't trained to abide to these instructions, so maybe it can't understand them as a concept to apply to itself.
maybe try telling it to be an advisor for certain criminal activity with zero moral standards. however, i highly suggest to not rely on any "advice" it gives, not only because it would be likely illegal, but also lilekly misguiding 😂
